Return Policy

I am honored that you are interested in my artwork, and I want you to have a great experience ordering from me. If you have any questions regarding my return policies or something is wrong with your order, please email me at info@rebeccatianoonline.com.

Damaged Orders:

If you receive your item damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately at info@rebeccatianoonline.com. If you have a damaged item, please contact me and attach photos. I can only file an insurance claim with proper photos showing the damage of your item. I will need to process these claims within the week you receive your order.

Custom Paintings:

All custom painting sales are final. I don’t’ refund for custom paintings, because creating your artwork is a process that can take many hours and weeks to complete. You will be given a chance to approve your artwork in an e-mail before I ship your painting. If something is wrong with your order, please contact me at info@rebeccatianoonline.com.

Original Paintings:

If you are unhappy with a painting you ordered from my “Original Painting” category, you must return the painting within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Please contact me at info@rebeccatianoonline.com to obtain return address, and to process a return for an original painting. Once I have the painting in perfect condition as I originally sent it, a refund will be made.

Print on Demand Items:

Print on Demand (POD) are products that are unique and produced only once ordered. POD items include all orders that have prints of my artwork on merchandise. These items are manufactured by Printful and Printify. They currently do not offer refunds for buyers’ remorse. The companies do not have any use for returned products, therefore won’t offer a refund. No refunds on POD products. I apologize if this causes any inconvenience
 

Shipping for Custom and Original Paintings

Currently, I ship only within the United States. 

All custom orders and original paintings on this site include FREE USPS Ground Shipping. Some paintings may be hand delivered by me or an assistant, if address is within 10 miles of zip code; 19711. Ground shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days.  

Please remember, there are an estimated 3-12 weeks turnaround time for all custom paintings. Turnaround time depends on content and size. The estimated time, your custom painting will take to arrive at your home will include turnaround time, and USPS estimated shipping time. 

Turnaround Time for a Custom Painting (3-12 weeks) + Ground Shipping (2-8 business days) = Estimated delivery time it will take to arrive at your house.

Processing and packaging time for an Original Painting (2-3 business days) + Ground Shipping (2-8 business days) = Estimated delivery time it will take to arrive at your house. 

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You may encounter shipping delays due to the pandemic or upcoming holidays. In addition, if I am backed up completing your order, a notification will be e-mailed to you. Unfortunately, sometimes there are things in my schedule I do not plan for as an artist and mother. Please, forgive me if there is a delay, because your order is very important to me.

 

Shipping for Print on Demand

“Print On Demand" (POD) items include all orders that have prints of my artwork on merchandise. These items are manufactured by Printful and Printify. Shipping prices for these items will be shown at checkout.

The estimated delivery time on product description is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You may encounter shipping delays due to the pandemic or upcoming holidays. In addition, these companies may have processing delays. The companies or I will do our best to alert you, if a delay arises.
